FALL BALL FAQ

Please reach out to us at coach@pitviperbaseball.com if you can't find answers to your questions.

No secret formula here - Members of the HRCLL board balanced rosters across all five Majors teams to make sure that games would be fun and not cringe-worthy slaughters. No super teams, no benchwarmers-only squads. Just good old-fashioned 'let's try to make this work for everyone' common sense.

We have 12 players, many of whom are still deciding whether soccer is the better sport. (We may be biased.)

We're still working out the exact schedule with the league, but practices are typically held at Erv Lind Stadium on Fridays somewhere in that 4pm - 8pm window. Think of it as your excuse to leave your player and go out and pretend Friday night is still a thing.

Our first game is Sunday, September 7th somewhere between 9am and 6pm. (Yes, that's ridiculously vague, but blame the league, not us.) Most games are Sundays, with occasional Friday games. When we play Friday, chances are there won't be a Sunday game - unless we're all feeling clingy and want an extra practice.

Yes. Your player should wear one. Lucky for you, we should have them before the season begins. We'll provide hat and jersey - you handle gray pants, belt, and cleats (especially the pants, please). Sliding mitts are allowed, but let's be honest: for most kids they're a fashion trend that'll end up forgotten in your kitchen drawer.
